Each specialty centre (RCC) includes the following infrastructure:

Telemedicine network with high bandwidth connectivity.
Video Conferencing System and Television.
Telemedicine PC.
Telepatholgy/Teleradiology system, DigitalMicroscope and A3 size X-ray film scanner with transparency adapter.
Server(s) for telemedicine application, database and web application.

Each nodal centre(PCC) includes the following infrastructure:

Video Conferencing System and Television.
Telemedicine PC.
Telepatholgy /Teleradiology system with PC, Digital Microscope and A3 size X-ray film scanner with transparency adapter.

The central hub location includes the following infrastructure:

Multipoint Control Unit (MCU).
Video streaming servers.
National web portal.
Oncology resource centre (Digital Library).
High bandwidth internet leased line connectivity (2Mbps)..

Video-conferencing system: Interaction between the doctor to doctor and doctor to patient is made available with the help of state of the art video conferencing systems  more
CTele-education: Continuing Medical Education (CME) programmes over Video Conferencing System between RCC to RCC and RCC to PCCs could be delivered and broadcasted. more  
Web based Telemedicine Software: OncoNET Telemedicine Software is a web based telemedicine software, developed by NIC using free open source software (FOSS) tools and conforming to Healthcare Standards, for managing telemedicine services in RCCs and PCCs; and made available as Software As A Services (SaaS) by NIC on behalf of MoH& FW, Government of India.
